Counterpart lease for 14 years by William Brocket to John Bellingham of Bunhill Row, Middlesex, cabinet maker, of a messuage on the north side of The Strand near Charing Cross late in the possession of Mary Wadsworth, widow, abutting east on another messuage of the said William Brocket in the possession of David Forfar, hatter, and west on the Star Inn, with schedule of fixtures. Enclosed: letter from John Dax to William Brocket, Spains Hall, Ongar, Essex, concerning non-payment of rent by Mr Redman, 11 Apr. 1767. Signature and seal imprint of John Bellingham.
