Deeds, mostly assignments, mortgages, leases, conc. a messuage used as two tenements next to the Grey Hound tavern in the Strand near Charing Cross. The tenements were part of nine owned by Westminster Abbey (history recited in the first deed). The residue of a lease was assigned to John Brocket from John Lewin, 1685; the lease was subsequently renewed to William Brocket. Some leases with schedules of fittings.
