Marriage settlement between (1) Jane Dring of the parish of St Paul Covent Garden, Middlesex, spinster (2) John Brockett of The Middle Temple, London, esq., and John Sharpe of The Inner Temple, London, esq. and (3) William Brockett of The Middle Temple, London, gent. on the forthcoming marriage of (1) and (3). Release by (1) to (2) to hold in trust for (1) and (3) 3 messuages on the west side of Chancery Lane, the backmost abutting on Ficketts Field, now called Little Lincoln's Inn Field, on the west, the moiety of a messuage in Fleet Street known by the sign of The George and the moiety of a messuage in Bell Yard, all in the parish of St Dunstan in the West, Middlesex and London.
