Lease for 500 years by Henry Horne, citizen and bricklayer of London, and Sarah Mandey of the parish of St Giles in the Fields, Middlesex, widow and executrix of Ventris Mandey deceased, to Mary Birdikin of the parish of St Bartholomew the Great, London, widow, guardian to Jane Dring, a minor, of a vault lately built at the cost of Horne and Ventris Mandey lying partly under Weedon Street at the west end of the street, adjacent to a messuage of Jane Dring in the occupation of Houghton, in the Liberty of the Rolls and the parish of St Dunstan in the West, Middlesex, in trust for Jane Dring.
