Agreement to lead to a common recovery between (1) Dorothy Dring of St Clement Danes, spinster, (2) Henry Rogers of London, goldsmith, (3) Richard Brockett of The Middle Temple, gent. and (4) William Brockett of The Middle Temple, gent., whereby Dorothy Dring sells to Rogers a moiety of The George, in the tenure of Thomas Weekly, tobacconist, and a moiety of a tenement in Bell Yard, late in the occupation of George Grove, shoemaker, and now of George Cant, cutler, and a tenement in Clifford's Inn Lane late in the occupation of Conyers Fairlie Barber, and now of George Cowell, glover, to make Rogers a tenant with a view to a common recovery.
