The following Fellows were recommended for election: Hugh Fortescue, Dr David Pitcairn, Richard Aldworth Neville, Richard, Lord Bishop of Gloucester, the Right Hon. James Granville and John Milton

The following Fellows were admitted: William Hamilton, Walker King, Philip Stephens and William Wilson.
The Earl of Leicester exhibited a Rent Roll dating from the time of Edward IV received from the Earl of Effingham.
Dr Pegge presented the third part of his Curialia and resumed reading of his account of Ango-Saxon coins found in the Cotton Library.
