A The Belt would have that appearance if cut at the letter I and spread open

B C The length from B to C is 2 feet ½ Inch.

The height from ye feet to C is 9 Inch ½.

The circumference in the largest place is 1 foot in the middle 9 Inch ¼ at ye small end 2 Inches ¼.
All the [illegible] parts are silver gilt.
