Small fragment from the lower half of a bifolium, containing parts of the Christmas Day office (Matins, second and third nocturnes), with cheironomic neumes; 10th century. c. 80mm x 133mm (edges ragged). Apparently from the former binding of the SA copy of J. de Voragine, Legenda Aurea (1473); also preserved are three fragments of leather lettering pieces, brown, from the spine of the same volume.
