Consists of a summary of categories of useful political knowledge, e.g. quantity and quality of kingdom and subjects, revenues, expenses, fighting strength, alliances, chivalry, etc. Set out on one large paper sheet (fragile at the folds). Continued on the verso. Ends with a quotation from Martial. Calligraphic flourishes.
