Vellum.
Lease of lands, parcel of the manor of Barton, Lincs., held by trustees including the Earls of Holland and Dorset, for Queen Henrietta Maria, for sixty years to Robert Empringham, yeoman, of Barton upon Humber, Lincs. With the Queen's sign manual in the top margin and fragment of her seal, and signatures and seals (mostly imperfect) of other parties of the first part, viz.:- Henry Rich, Earl of Holland, High Steward to the Queen, Edward Sackville, Earl of Dorset, Lord Chamberlain, Thomas Savage, Chancellor to the Queen, Sir John Finch, Chief Justice of Common Pleas, Sir Robert Aston, Secretary to the Queen, Sir Richard Wynn, Treasurer, and Sir Thomas Hatton, Surveyor General.
