Grant by Howell son and heir apparent of Madoc Coch de Fellton, free tenant in 'Kenllethowen' and 'Kenllethyriarll' in the lordship of Chirk, to Morris ap Madoc Kigidd and to Ales, daughter of Gruffith ap DD Vonton, on her marriage to Morris of the following property: a tenement in the town of 'Lansylin' (Llansilin) formerly in the occupation of David ap Gwillim and a tenement called 'y tyddyn dan vron mynyth dyo Lloyd' with lands, pasture and woods belonging to it in the towns of Glascoyd (Glascoed) and Lannsilyn (Llansilin), extending from a river called Avon Cynlleth and the lands of the lord of 'Kenllethyrarll' to the pastures of the Lord of 'Kynllethowen'.
