Latin. Initial O with penwork decoration. With the seal of the abbey, four impressions of a small counterseal on the reverse. See F. Drake, Eboracum (1736), App. ci (refers to the present deed); Cal. of Patent Rolls, Edw. IV.. Rich. III (1901), 241 (a related deed of 1481).
