Vellum roll containing the arms of knights of the Garter 'as they be sett in their stallys at Wyndesore this eight day of may the xvi yere of the Raign of ... kyng henry the viii' (1524). Begins with the arms of the King and of the Emperor Charles V emblazoned in gold and colours, encircled by the Garter and surmounted by their crowns; their helms and crests are drawn separately above. There follow the arms of the Knights Companions, in colour, surmounted by their helms and crests, arranged in two columns, including Arthur, Viscount Lisle, and Robert, Lord Fitzwater, elected 23 April and installed 8 May 1524 (see J.Anstis, Register (1724), 366).
