Arms of Italian families, in trick, copied by Alfred William Morant, FSA, from an 18th-century MS of the Priorista Fiorentino of Francesco Segaloni; 1866-7. Morant acquired his source (a Priorista Riformato based on Segaloni; now BL Egerton MS 2036) at the sale of the library of Dr H.Wellesley (Sotheby's, 3 Aug. 1866, lot 192) and sold it to the British Museum, 12 Oct. 1867. Notes and index by Morant, fols. iii,iv, 83-94. Arms copied from F. Zazzera, Della Nobiltà dell'Italia (1615-28), fols. 95,96.
