'Verzeichnung abgestorbenen Herren Zunft Brüderen beyden Pfisteren'. Obituary in the form of coats of arms or marks of members of the guild of millers and bakers in the town of Solothurn, Switzerland, from 1635-1809; after 1785, continued by several hands to 1809. Swiss German. Title page (fol. iii), two skeletons as supporters holding a coronet over two coloured shields (arms of the Pfistern of Solothurn, cf. Wappen der Bürger von Solothurn (1937)). Contains 257 coloured shields, arranged in three rows of three. Occasional personal notes, eg. age at death, added to the identifications beneath the shields. Many pages blank.
