Patrons and incumbents of parishes in the diocese of Worcester, compiled from the earliest episcopal registers to c. 1730. In the hand of Dr William Thomas (1670-1738), prebendary of Worcester. At the end (fols. 170-7v) lists of officials and transcripts of charters relating to the chapel over the charnel house (Capella Carnarie) next to the cathedral.
