Response to Quo Warranto interrogations, Temp. Edw. I, conc. the liberties, devises, customs and usages of Torksey, Lincs.; English translation. References in the preamble (fol. 1v) to 'Lord Robert of Baland' as sheriff of Lincoln (=?Robert de Chadworth, sheriff, 1285, 1287), and to Devorguila, Lady of Torksey (d. 1290; widow of John de Baliol, d. 1269). Copy of a record of beating the bounds, 1344, with many personal names, fol. 18v. Painted coats of arms of Pole (fol. ii verso) and Neville (fol. iii), the latter with initials 'W. N.', and the date 1567.
