Receipt for payment of £520 received by Edward Aleyne of Little Leighs, Essex, esq. from Richard Lusher according to an agreement concerning the manors of Stapleford Tawney, Housham Hall and Little Leighs Hall, Essex, which were to be divided by lot between Aleyne's wife Elizabeth and Lusher's wife Mary, daughters and co-heirs of George Scott, late of Little Leighs, Essex, esq., deceased. Mary Lusher received Stapleford Tawney manor and agreed to pay £520 to Edward and Elizabeth Aleyne, who received Little Leighs Hall. Bottom of document, with seal tags and seals, removed by cutting,
