Attested copies of two abstracts of title and five deeds relating to an estate formerly part of the demesne lands of the manor of Paris Garden. As follows:-
(1) Title of John Burrow (d. 1789) 'to an Estate called Parris Garden in the Parish of Christ Church Surry'. An abstract of deeds from the marriage settlement of Thomas Burrow and Jane Lethieullier, 26, 27 Feb. 1684/5 to 16, 17 June 1767. fols. 1-6v;-
(2) Title (watermark 1807) of Richard Ellison and Sir Robert Heron, 2nd Bt., to a 'Freehold Estate in the parish of Christ Church', with a pedigree of the Burrow family. An abstract of deeds from 26, 27 Feb. 1684/5 to 13, 14 Feb. 1801. fols. 7-54v;-
(3) Five deeds (watermark 1797), 1742-82, including two by Smart Lethieullier, FSA (1701-60). fols. 55-99v.
