'A Booke or Inventorie of the Remaine of his Mats. Warderobe Stuffe, Ornaments of Howsehold.. Remaineing now at Denmarke Howse..' (fol. 1), in the custody of Richard Browne, Keeper of His Majesty's Standing Wardrobe; surveyed in November and December, 1627. Imperfect at the end (stubs); stub after fol. 33. Includes details of Arras and tapestry hangings, stating their subjects (fols. 1-3v), parliament robes of Anne of Denmark (fol. 34), robes of Henry VIII (fols. 34v-5v). Many references to Anne of Denmark (consort of James I; d. 1619). Each page signed by William George, Clerk of the Wardrobe. A few items noted as given away (to Lady Killigrew, fol. 22, Lady Thomasine Carew, fol. 28). Many extracts are given in the communication by the Hon. Daines Barrington, VPSA, 12 Jan. 1786 (Minute Book XXI, pp. 62-9).
