Charles Lyttelton, Bishop of Carlisle 1762 (his note, fol. ii) with another copy (formerly owned by Thomas Machell, which came with other Machell papers to William Nicolson, Bishop of Carlisle, 1702-18; see Ferguson (below), iii); copy, temp. Bishop Fleming, 1735-47, with additions by Lyttelton, after 1762.
