An establishment list, fols. 3v-28, similar to MSS/0045. Number of places and fees given but the only name entered is that of Lord Ellesmere as Lord Chancellor (d. 15 March 1616/17). Preceded by a list of nobility (pencil date 1606, fol. 1), fols. 1-3v, beginning with the Marquess of Winchester; last Baron entered, Lord Clifton (by writ, 1608).
