Scope and content
Arms of the Presidents of the Council of the Marches of Wales from John Harman, Bishop of Exeter, appointed 1525/6, to Thomas, Lord Gerrard, succeeded 1617. A professional collection, imperfect at the beginning; original fols. 29-34, 37 are present fols. 2-7, 8; corners missing of fols. 9-13; fols. 10-13 are fragmentary. Coloured coats and short account of each President.
