Blazons of the nine coats borne by Sir Thomas Gerard (1st Baron Gerard of Gerard's Bromley, Staffs., 1603), Knight Marshall of the Royal Household, 1597; d. 15 Jan. 1617/18). Full achievement, fol. 3. On fols. 3-11 (rectos), coloured coats (lacks Boteler; Breyndel and Washington cut out); (versos), etymologies and blazons (Ins, Boteler imperfect) of Gerard, Breyndel, Ins, Radcliff, Balderston, Plesington, Laurence, Washington and Boteler.
