Grant by William Waldhave of Newcastle upon Tyne, weaver, and his wife Isabella, to William Kirkhowse of Newcastle upon Tyne, shoemaker, in accordance with an agreement of 16 April 1596, of 3 tenements, 1 of which is a workhouse, now in the several occupations of William Waldhave and his mother Elinor, and a small close of pasture lying outside the walls in Sidgate. With appointment of attorneys. Signatures of William and Isabella Waldhave and William Riddell, Mayor of Newcastle. 1 (of 3) seals (poor impression) extant on 3 seal tags. Endorsed with memorandum of delivery of seisin.
