Quitclaim by William Dyconson (Dickinson) of Newcastle upon Tyne, baker, son and heir of William Dyconson (Dickinson) of Newcastle upon Tyne, baker, deceased, to Robert Barker of Newcastle upon Tyne, merchant and Alderman, of 6 tenements, lately laid waste, in Newcastle in a lane called 'Graipcunte Layne alias Deynes Chayre' and now called 'Shipman Chayer'. The tenements are situated between a tenement lately belonging to Richard Warmowthe deceased and now belonging to the heir to Edward Manwell of Newcastle, 'scissor' (carver), deceased, on the west part and the said lane on the east, and extend from the lands called 'Bulkans Landes' on the north to a tenement lately belonging to the heir of John Saunderson, deceased, and now belonging to Robert Atkynson of the said town, merchant, on the south.
