Quitclaim by John Pateson, kinsman and heir of John Pateson of Newcastle upon Tyne, deceased, to Christopher Brigham of Newcastle, merchant, of a tenement, dovecote and garden in Newcastle lately in the tenure of his uncle, John Pateson, between the tenement of Christopher Brigham, which he now inhabits, on the north part, and the land late of John Carlill on the south part, extending from the King's highway on the west part to the rivulet called 'Ayrekburn' on the east part. 2 seals (damaged), including Mayoral office seal, on seal tags.
