Record of agreement between the churches of St Mary 'Brueria' (Bruern, Oxfordshire) and St Mary 'West Herpetre' (West Harptree, Somerset) concerning an annuity of 10 shillings of silver to be paid by the former to the latter at Hokeday in return for immunity from tithes during the lifetime of Hugh de Well[s], vicar of the church of 'West Herpetre' (West Harptree). 6 (named) witnesses including Alex[ander], Dean of Well[s]. Cyrograph. 1 seal tag. Seal missing. Contained (with BRA/01/02/20) in a paper wrapper annotated 'Curious old deeds brought up with me from Newcastle upon Tyne Feb 7 1784'
