Grant by Simon son of Henry Hosyer and his brother John to John son of John de Berdenn of a piece of land in the parish of 'Suttone' and 'sup[er] denn[a] de Holynde' called 'Le Frych' lying (next) to the land of the heir of William Gerard towards the north, the street which leads to 'Bardingelgh' (Bardingley) towards the east and south and the land of John Parmuter towards the west, including a fence and ditch, and a 'via' (way) leading from 'Cruce de Holyndenn' to the said piece of land. In exchange, John grants to them 2 pieces of land called 'Heselgrof' and 'Harmonesfeld' in the parish of 'Hedecron' (Headcorn) and 'sup[er] Hokingby'.
