Grant by Alienor, widow of Symon de Lamford, to the hospital of the Holy Trinity in Gateshead of all the land in the territory of 'Quicha[m]' (unidentified) which was Baldwin's and now belongs to her of hereditary right and 3 (acres) there which were a gift to her from her sister Alice, retaining to her and her sister Alice and their heirs 1 toft next to the cemetery of 'Quicha[m]' for which they acquit the land from paying 'una libra pip[er]is' (1 pound of pepper) to the Bishop of Durham annually at the feast of St Cuthbert in September. 14 (named) witnesses including Reginald, Vicar of 'Quicha[m]'. Oval seal (inscribed Alienor) on seal tag.
