Quitclaim by John Jelba, clerk, to Thomas Hessybryg of his rights in a tenement in the town of Newcastle in a street called 'le Westgait' (Westgate) between the land of the hospital of the Blessed Virgin Mary in 'Westgait' on the west and the land of Ralph Nevell (Neville), Count of Westmorland, on the east and extending to the King's highway on the north and King's highway next to the wall on the south. Seal (poor impression) on seal tag.
