Lease for 6 years by Anne Danby, prioress of the house of St Bartholomew the Apostle, Newcastle upon Tyne, with the assent of the sisters of the said house, to Robert Schyplaw of Newcastle, smith, of a tenement next to the wasteland of the said nuns in the holding of Thomas Sandeford on the north and a tenement of the said nuns in the holding of Thomas Ochar, 'weffar' (weaver), on the south, stretching from the street called 'ye not m[ar]ket' to the convent orchard, part of which is in the holding of the said Orchar, for an annual rent of 8s.
