Will of Milisand Godefray (Godfrey) bequeathing to the church and nuns of St Bartholomew, Newcastle upon Tyne a 'botham' (booth or stall) lying between a booth of the hospital on the west and the lane to the 'Aulum Ghylde' (Guildhall). William son of Osbert le Tollar to hold the booth from the nuns for life, paying them 3s. of silver annually and after his death the booth to revert fully to the nuns forever. Executors: James Tanatore and Robin de Beredun. Base of document and seals removed by cutting. Transcribed in Brand History I 210-211
