Bond by Roger de Whytcestr (Whitchester) to the prioress and nuns of St Bartholomew, Newcastle upon Tyne, in 30 shillings sterling to support a chaplain to perform divine service in their conventual church in Newcastle for his soul and the souls of his parents and his brother Nicholas, by 2 annual payments at Whitchester until they receive full seisin of the land which is currently held from him by Richard de Reboe and his wife Emma for her life as a dowry, namely 2 1/2 bovates of the land in 'Duni[n]gton' (unidentified) and 2 bovates in 'Fennu[m]' (Fenham), part of the property conveyed by him in a deed of the same date (BRA/01/02/01).
