Grant by Roger de Whytcestr (Whitchester) to the church of St Bartholomew, Newcastle, and to the nuns serving God there of 5 bovates of land in 'Duni[n]gton' (unidentified), of which 2 1/2 bovates are in his own hand and 2 1/2 acres are held from him by Richard de Reboe and his wife Emma for her life as a dowry, and 2 bovates in 'Fennu[m]' (Fenham, Northumberland), also held from him by Richard de Reboe and his wife Emma, to support a chaplain to perform divine service in the conventual church in Newcastle for his soul and the souls of his parents, his brother Nicholas, his sister Mabilie and his ancestors and heirs. 13 (named) witnesses.
