Collections of Dudley Snelgrove, FSA (d. 1992) relating to Francis Grose, FSA (1731-91), Richmond Herald and topographer. A large collection of drawings by Grose for Antiquities of England and Wales (1772-6) is in SAL; Grose also published Antiquities of Scotland (1789-91) and Antiquities of Ireland (1791-5).
