Scope and content
Collection of research notes, some handwritten and some photocopies, on the State Regalia of Great Britain, including information on the Exeter Salt, the composition of jewels in various crowns and there is some correspondence relating to the alleged existence on a golden nugget named 'Hon. Roddy'. There are also a few rough sketches and a printed copy of an article entitled 'The Scaffold George of Charles I, written by the Duke of Wellington in 1953.
