3. The Raine-Dunn Roll (LMO).
Title page, identifying HS London as editor.
Introduction by London, dated 26 May 1956, explaining the existence of two versions: the shorter (Lord Marshal’s Roll, Old) was entered in CEMRA, but the longer (Cambridge, Fitzwilliam Museum MS 282) was not known to Anthony Wagner.
Corrections supplied by Paul Adam-Even, for incorporation, dated 13 Jan 1957 [on pp 9A, 9B, 9C].
Transcript ‘based on the editor’s own transcripts of the two manuscripts’: part 1: nos 1-96 and part 2: nos 1-62 [see Hatton-Dugdale facsimile Roll 6: SAL MSS/0664/01, ff 20-20v].
