The documents are: (i) a letter of Oliver Cromwell to William Lenthall, Speaker, 1 June [1653], concerning the debts of Lady Borlase, and arrears due to her late husband (by Order of Parliament, 24 August 1653, Lady Borlase was allowed a weekly payment of £4); (ii) Humble Address to Parliament of Justices of the Peace in Northumberland, ?1650s; (iii) a list of Vice-Treasurers of Ireland, 1625-1736; (iv) proclamations to restrict carriage in wagons and carts, to save wear on roads, 1622; (v) letter of Sir John Holles to Lord Treasurer Burghley, 25 June 1597.
