Scope and content
Ospringe Roman Cemetery, near Faversham in Kent, was discovered in 1920 and the excavations which commenced in 1921 were supervised by Col. Hawley and written up by W Whiting. Col. Hawley also supervised excavations at a Bronze Age village discovered at Park Brow, near Steyning in Sussex in the 1920s.
