The following Fellow was elected: Phillip Rashleigh.
The following Fellows were admitted to the Society: Charles Townshend, Phillip Rashleigh, Andrew Stuart, John Anderson, Charles Lambert.
Mr. Thorkelin presents Mr. Andrew Hiond’s Libellus criticus de Indole Codicis MS Graeci Novi Testamenti.
Dr. Disney presents discoveries by the late Samuel Disney, edited by him.
Thomas Bowdler presents a volume of letters written by him from Holland alongside a collection of letters relating to the journey of the Prince of Orange on the 28th of June 1787.
Notice was given of the Anniversary Election for the year 1788 to be held on the 23rd of April.
Resumed the reading of Mr. Gough’s vindication of the Parian Chronicle and the authenticity of Parian Marbles.
