The following Fellow was proposed for election: Sir Thomas Dundas
The following Fellow was proposed and elected: Earl of Aylesford
The following Fellow was elected and admitted: William George Sibly
The following Fellow was admitted to the Society: Edward Drax
Edward King elected President upon the decease of Dean Milles and delivered certain resolutions from the Council, to which the Concurrence of the Society is requested.
Resolution proposed by the Council to elect a new Secretary on the death of Dr. Morell, laid before the Society & acceded to.
The distinct business of the two Secretaries; John Topham proposed to be Secretary protempore and to be elected of this Council.
The Treasurer to have new seat assigned him at the Table.
The vacancies of the Council, occasioned by the deaths of members, proposed to be filled up.
Lord de Ferrars, John Topham and Thomas Astle proposed to fill up the vacancies in the Council.
Draughtsman proposed to be elected; a Portfolio for holding drawings to be provided, and laid constantly on the table.
John Carter is proposed as draughtsman for the Society.
