Mr Wightwick presents a mezzotint of Thomas Browne, Garter Principal King of Arms.
A letter is read from Mr Topham with observations on the seal of Richard, Duke of Gloucester, as Lord Admiral of England.
Mr Topham also exhibits the Great Seal of John Holland, Earl of Huntingdon, as Lord High Admiral.
