Report on the accounts of the Treasurer for the year 1780.

The following Fellow was elected as an Honorary member: Christian Gotlieb Heyne.

The following Fellow was recommended for election: Captain George Young.

Paper communicated by Joseph Banks Esq. containing an account, by P. D’Auvergne, of the commemorative Cross set up between Plennel [Ploennel] and Jocelin, recording the combat and victory gained in 1350 by the Ld. Mareschal de Beaumanoir over the 30 English combatants.

Rev. John Watson shares an account of a sword supposed to have belonged to King Edward I when Prince, includes a sketch of the sword.

Application from the Vestry of St Andrew’s Parish, Holborn, for producing before the Court of King’s Bench, an authenticated copy of the map of London in Queen Elizabeth’s time.
