The following Fellows were elected: William Benson Earle, Hon Charles Englefield, Dr Henry Revell Reynolds

The following Fellows were admitted to the Society: Robert Austen, Earl of Stamford, Edmund Turnor

Lord Hardwicke commends the spirit of the Society in publishing the prints of the Royal Interview and the attempt of Francis I to invade England, and expresses his wishes that other Antiquary subjects be undertaken by them.

Rev Dean Milles exhibits an elegant little gold crown found in making a coach-way from the Parade at the Tower of London.

Rev. Dr. Gower exhibited drawings of a curious altar found in the Yacht fields in Chester, inscribed to Esculapius and Fortuna Ruduae.
