Peter Muilman presented the History of Essex in 69 nos. octavo.
Sir William Hamilton transmitted drawings of the ruins of Pompeii with explanations.
Flutes of Ivory, but without holes for the fingers, found attached to a brass trumpet at Pompeii.
Helmets found at Pompeii formed like the hats worn by London firemen.
Account of some antiquities lately discovered at St. Edmundbury (Bury St. Edmunds) by Edward King.
Broad Seal of Ranulph, Earl of Chester found at Bury St. Edmunds exhibited & dissertation read thereon.
The Poet Lydgate supposed from a stone inscribed with his name to have been buried at Bury St. Edmunds; doubt as to the epitaph given by Weever.
