Thomas Astle presents an engraving of the seal of Tutbury Priory.
Report of the answer by Lt. Gen. George Augustus Elliot to a letter from the Secretary concerning a paper supposed to be in his possession explaining a diagram on a medal in the Friderician cabinet.
Lyde Browne presents a drawing of an antique statue representing an ideal character of a fountain, under the figure of a naked man.
Mr. Duane exhibits two curious intaglios, one of Tarpeia; one of a girl attired like a Sappho from an ideal painting by Mr. Hussey, intaglio done by Byrich (“a famous modern artist”).
Thomas Pitt, Esq., Executor of Bishop Lyttleton, promises to fulfil his uncle’s will in the most speedy & beneficial manner with regard to his bequest to the Society.
Books and manuscripts left to the Society by Bishop Lyttleton.
Bishop Lyttleton’s Elogium by Dean Miles on succeeding to the Chair.
Hon. D Barrington’s paper on Caesar’s invasion of Britain.
