The following Fellow was proposed for election: Charles Moore.
Sir Thomas Cave communicated an inscription on the lock of the church door at Rencombe, Gloucestershire [with drawing].
Sir John Cope exhibits a Spanish gold piece with heads of Ferdinand and Elizabeth on one side, their arms on the reverse with inscription.
Rev Mr Hutchins of Wareham Dorset on sketches of the Agglestone stone barrow or Devil’s Night-Cap in the Isle of Purbeck [detailed account].
[? Thomas] Jones on a copy of a letter from George Crochan (24 August 1753) to Governor Dunwiddie concerning a colony of Welch [sic] Indians settled in North America [lengthy account].
