Sir Joseph Ayloffe’s gift of book ‘An Historical and Genealogical Account of the Noble Family of Greville, to the time of Francis, the present Earl Brooke and Earl of Warwick since the Norman Conquest, and some account of Warwick Castle’ London (1766).
John Forster’s description of a painting found at Herculaneum, now in the possession of the Great Dukes of Russia [with drawing].
Mr Lort exhibits plan of Stonehenge copied from MS in Archbishop Parker’s collection entitled Scala Mundi, vel Chronicon Rerum gestarum ab Initio Mundi..., Stonehenges juxta Amesbury...
