Scope and content
Concerning the location of a grant of arms from Sir Edward Walker to the family of Comport of Eltham in Kent, and a short pedigree on vellum of the family of William Comport of Eltham. In the event of Mr. Comport's death, the letter's author writes to inform the Society that these objects were placed in a case of drawings in the Society's library, and he asks that they be located.
